The team of the Penelope Gandhi Mission, with Ms. Varvara Terzakis, Penelope Gandhi’s inspirer, Ms. Louisa Karapidaki, Art Historian – Archaeologist, Folklore Center, Academy of Athens, Mr. Konstantinos Karras, emeritus professor at the University of Crete, Ms. Iris Tzachili, professor of History and Archaeology at the University of Crete, Ms. Natasha Siganou, Philologist at the European School of Heraklion and Ms. Aspasia Papadoperaki, sculptor, was in Athens at the NJV Athens Plaza Hotel, on October 23, 2012, where a Press Conference was held.
