Knowing the magical power of the village cafe, “with cathartic properties” in the soul of the people, the University of the Mountains has organized and operated to date, 290 Mountain Cafes, with more than 13,000 people, where, in the presence of local bodies, issues were discussed that contribute to the strengthening of local production, the preservation of traditional methods of creation, the development of a small-scale-high-value economy and, above all, the recovery of the per capita “income” of happiness.
