The PtO at the Rural Prisons of Agia Chania

On Friday, December 22, 2023, the voluntary actions of the University of the Mountains for this year will be completed, with the visit of the groups of Professors-doctors and nurses of the University, to the rural prisons of Agia Chania, where the prisoners will be examined.

With faith and hope, in the future only schools will open and all the prisons in the world will be closed.

“Prison is punishment, it is isolation from the rest of society, it is an attempt to consciously impose our good self on our bad unconscious!
On these holy days, the spirit of fellow human beings dominates our thinking and does not distinguish between good and evil, punishment has no place in the birth of the Christian soul. All people and prisoners were born innocent!
The volunteers of the University of the Mountains are by their side to remind them that they belong to society and that they are by their side in action, for a healthy return”
