Flax sowing at the Knossos Research Center of the British School at Athens

At the Knossos Research Centre of the British School at Athens, the University of the Mountains and the Penelope Gandhi Mission team sowed flax, with the help of the Hellenic Mediterranean University and the Primary School of Houdetsi.
The sowing took place on Wednesday 6 December 2023 and the aim is to create a handmade thread which will then be woven following traditional weaving techniques.
