Artist and poet Cecilia Vicuna at the Penelope Gandhi Mission

Our good friend Chilean artist and poet Cecilia Vicuna (photo) based in New York, has been selected by the Tate Modern Turbine Hall committee as the artist who will present a new large-scale work in the main entrance of the London museum, from Oct. to April 2023. C. Vicuna’s work deals with the theme of human fragility, ecology and social justice.
