PtO excursion to the Municipality of Apokoronas, Chania – Friday, March 29, 2024

The next excursion of the University of the Mountains will take place in the village of Embrosnero and Kalyves in the Municipality of Apokoronas, Chania, on Friday, March 29, 2024, with the following activities:

-Peer-to-peer student teaching and flax sowing at the Primary School of Kalyves with the participation of students from the 15th Primary School of Chania and from the Primary School of Embrosnero,
-Medical examinations by Medical teachers with their teams, in the village of Embrosnero, to vulnerable groups of the local population,
-Café of the Mountains in the village of Embrosnero, with topics related to self-sufficiency, handicrafts, the Sacred Art of Weaving and the development of an endogenous, autonomous household economy.
