Statement by the Minister of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs, Mrs. Anna Diamantopoulou, in the context of the 65th Synod held in Rethymno

I would like to make a special mention of the University of the Mountains, because I believe it is an extremely ambitious and important effort for Greece that brings knowledge closer to society and society closer to knowledge. It is an experiment, where if we follow it closely and see its results, it will be important for changing the nature of Universities.
