The Penelope Gandhi Mission at the “EKATOMOPOLIS” exhibition at the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion, December 2024 – August 2025

The Penelope Gandhi Mission wove the sacred garment of an Archaic deity or priestess that is exhibited in the “EKATOMOPOLIS” Exhibition at the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion.

It is a handmade fabric with a Greek cotton warp, Cretan silk weft and Japanese gold thread. It was woven in 2024.
